As we gathered together to celebrate Thanksgiving with the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, football, and a fabulous turkey feast, I slowed down enough to enjoy the day. For me, Thanksgiving is a time to spend with my family and close friends, to combine family traditions and to think about all of the things that I am thankful for. I am thankful for my wonderful family. I have been blessed with 3 daughters who are the light of my life. My husband who supports my dreams and passions. My Mom who loves us all unconditionally. My sisters who are my very best friends. Lola Sophia my little niece who was born 2 weeks ago. My Mother-In-Law and Father-In Law who are such important parts of our lives. Noelle, Jennifer and Amy who are like sisters to me. I am also thankful that I have such a wonderful opportunity to share my passion for life's little moments through the art of scrapbooking. Life is not made up of the big events - it is made up of lots of little everyday moments. With scrapbooking, I have a chance to stop and take notice of each of those little moments and share my observations with those that I love.
Happy Thanksgiving!
These images would look better if they were scanned. However, last week my scanner broke. I am working with HP to get it fixed. The photos will have to do in the meantime. Kristen Kingrey did a fabulous on her pages. I hope you all enjoy them.

Here are some photos of our 2009 desktop calendar from our Craft Extravaganza Class! This was a great project as it serves as a calendar from one side, and a mini album from the other. This would be a great gift for grandparents!
We have a fabulous selection of totes, storage and other organization products arriving next week. Make sure to stop in and check them out - it may be the perfect gift idea for someone on your list - or you might just want to fill out a little wish list for yourself and we will make sure it gets to the right people. :)

Here are just a few pictures of the projects from our Craft Extravaganza Class last Saturday! These are just two of the projects we made.

Making a Countdown to Christmas Photo Jounal is a great new take on capturing the big things and little things from the holidays. It is a fabulous way to record your family traditions and to remember the moments that make this season so special.
This is an album that I created for my family for this year. Each day has a page where I can add a photo our journal or do a little of both. Jot down a favorite recipe for christmas cookies, or something funny that someone said. This album will be something that my family will cherish for many years to come.
If you are interested in making an album like this - stop in and we can get you started.
Here are a couple of card samples from our Christmas Card Class. If you want to send handmade Christmas cards and you don't have time to take a class - we have put together kits for both of these cards with everything you need to make 6 cards. Everything is cut and ready to assemble. Just add your own adhesive and you will be addressing them before you know it. Each kit is $10.00 and it includes supplies for 6 cards.
