I want to congratulate Keli Jones on receiving the most votes for our Challenge #2 - Create a Layout with our .25 Sale Rack Paper.  I would also like to thank everyone who submitted layouts for this challenge.   As our winner Keli will be receiving a $25.00 gift certificate to spend here at the store.

Check out the first of many layouts that were completed with our What's Hip Club March Kit!  Our designers have just begun working on their pages and projects!  This is a great kit!  The colors, patterns and textures are awesome.  I may have outdone myself with this one!!!  :)  Keep checking back - as more layouts will be added within the next few days.

Challenge Details:

Challenge #2 - .25 Sale Paper - Layout Challenge! 

The winner of this challenge will receive a free What's Hip Club Kit.

• Complete a layout using only .25 sale rack paper.

• Extra cardstock is okay.

• No other paper products, stickers, diecuts, or chipboard.

• Metal embellishments, buttons, jewels, ribbon, fibers and rub-ons are okay.

• Paint, ink and glitter are okay.

Scanned or photographed layouts must be emailed to me at kimberly@hip2bsquarescrapbooking.com no later than March 24th, or you can bring them by the store and we will scan or photograph them for you.  We will need you to include a little "bio" about yourself along with your scrapbook page.

All of the layouts will be posted onto my blog by 10am March 26th - so that they can be viewed and voted on. 

Voting will begin March 26th at 10am and end March 30th at 10pm.  All votes will be emailed to kimberly@hip2bsquarescrapbooking.com

The winning layout will be announced on my blog no later than 6am on March 31st.  The winning layout will be posted on my blog along with a little "bio" about the artisit.  We will also send the winner her free What's Hip Club Kit!

Do you love to make cards? Are you interested or curious about rubberstamping? Well, this is going to be a fabulous class. I am thrilled to have Tricia Ulberg the owner and designer of Lizzie Ann Designs here to teach this class. In fact, she will be debuting one of her new stamp sets - that is scheduled to be released in late April.  Tricia will take our great papers and embellishments and combine them with fabulous Lizzie Ann rubberstamps to create a great collection of greeting cards. Each class member will create 6 one of each of the cards shown below.  They will surely bring a smile to anyone who is lucky enough to receive one.

In addition to having great accommodations, we will have tons of product on hand for you to choose from.  We will bring a little bit of everything we carry at the store.  You are welcome to use our Cricut, or to use our computer to print out journaling & titles for your scrapbook layouts. 

This is a great opportunity to get away and do something for yourself.  We have room for 42 guests and still have approximately 18 open spots.  Bring a friend and you can room together - or come alone and make some new friends.  if you are worried about coming alone - don't let that stop you from joining us - We have several singles registered.  We will make room assignments for all of our single guests.  Truly - you really won't spend much time in your room - except for getting a little shut eye every now and again.  We have a great group joining us so far - so you can plan on having an awesome time!

A 50% deposit is due upon registration to secure your spot.  The balance is due in full by April 15th.
