Check out the 8x8 chipboard book that I made with the products in our What's Hip Club September Kit and September Add-on Kit.  It was really quick and easy.  What a fabulous gift this would make!  It is never to early to get started on your handmade gifts!  I will also add some photos of the book as each page has interactive elements so that you can add more pictures into your book.

Here is the project that we did in our Paint The Town class!  We concentrated on how to incorporate paint into our layouts, by experimenting with paint on many different types of products and embellishments.  We distressed the edges of our photos using paint, we painted chipboard, transparencies, metal embellishments and created titles with the use of alphabet masks.  In the end, we completed a layout where we incorporated some of elements that we experimented with.  We will be repeating this class on Thursday, October 30th from 7-9pm.

I love the bright colors and whimsical colors from Scenic Route Paper.  The colors are vivid without being too primary.  The patterns are bold with a randomness that keeps them from being overwhelming.
