Allowing just a few photos to tell the whole story...

A couple of pages that captured the moment perfectly.  You know when you have 25 photos of one event - could mean doing 6-10 pages in order to scrap those 25 pictures.  If you are like me, by the time you complete all of those pages you are so sick of the event that you don't want to see it again.  Well, I took a few of my favorites from Mackenzie's field trip to the Edmonds Tide Pools - created 2 pages that said it all.  Both pages are quite simple - but I love how they tell the story.  So, for those of you who are overwhelmed with gobs of photos - take a step back and give yourself permission to choose what you love and scrap those moments rather than feeling obligated to create a novel out of one event.  Trust me, this little change will make the whole creative process so much more enjoyable for you.  Think of it like makeup - sometimes less is more.  Is that how it is said?  Anyway - you get the idea.  :)  Happy scrapping!  I hope you like my pages.

Thanks!  I am kind of rusty as I don't get a chance to scrap that often anymore.  The beauty of owning your own store.  Smile  Making  point to find more time to create - as I love it!
