Here is how..
Paint the top of your cupcake with the white paint.  Paint cherry with pink crackle paint and the stem with walnut crackle paint.  Let dry thoroughly (approx. 20 minutes).  Paint the chipboard word with pink scrapbook paint.  Allow to dry to the touch.  Paint a coat of Glitter glaze over the top of the word.  Allow to dry approximately 20 minutes.  Add Glossy Accents over the while paint and the cherry.  Add glass beads to cupcake top and carefully add the cherry to the top of the cupcake.  Allow to dry (approximately 2-4 hours.)  Apply Zip Dry glue to the chipboard tag and the bottom of the cupcake then cover with patterned paper. Turn over and trim around the edge of both the tag and cupcake bottom with your craft knife.  I like the Fiskar's fingertip knife as it is really easy to use and you have more control that you do with the traditional exacto knife.  Print out the text for your invitation.  Make sure to keep it more narrow than the width of the tag.  Centering the text - cut the invitation to the width of the chipboard tag.  Adhere the cardstock to the tag using Zip Dry Glue.  Turn tag over and cut around the edges with your craft knife.  Using a sanding block - gently sand around the edges of both sides of the tag until they are nice and neat.  Using a Cat Eye Liquid Chalk Pink Ink Pad, distress the edges of the tag and the bottom of the cupcake.  You will also want to ink around the edges of the chipboard word to give it more dimension.  Punch a hole through the top of the tag and add 2 or 3 coordinating ribbons.  Using Zip Dry Glue, adhere the cupcake top to the cupcake bottom.  Then glue the cupcake and the word to the front of your tag.  If you have some time - this is an invitation that with a WOW factor!
