| I created this card with our November 2010 Hip Kit. I used a die cut and added a some Glossy Accents to the snowman to make him pop out a bit. I also cut a little slit to slide the ribbon through. I used my decorative scissors to create the scalloped border. I added a little machine stitching to outline the oval. If you don't have a sewing machine you can hand stitch or use a journaling pen and outline around the edge. I added a button to finish it off. Happy card making!!!
