because the cover of your album gets so much more wear and tear - I always use a liquid glue to adhere everything to the cover so that it won't peel up or get torn after being handled over and over again.
note: I hand cut the chevron border out of the October Afternoon Holiday Style Ring-a-Ling paper. I also used Studio Calico Mister Huey Mist - Shiny to color a random chipboard snowflake that I had on hand. I used Estate Green and Shiny Mister Huey Mist to color the Natural Sunshine Thickers included in our "Dec. Daily Kit".
note: I painted the cover of my album with cream craft paint. It took 2 coats to get complete coverage.
note: I painted the chipboard pages for my book with cream craft paint. I just used a thin coat and kind of dry brushed it - because if it gets too wet - the chipboard will warp. I also used my We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper to round the outside edges of the chipboard pages. |
