| Boy it has been a crazy week here in Snoqualmie, WA. We had over a foot of snow, freezing rain and a power outage that lasted for 3 days. Yikes!!! I loved the snow, the freezing rain was even tolerable, but being without power for 3 days was really difficult. I am thankful that our gas fireplace was able to keep our living spaces warm, and that we were able to cook on our gas stove, and that I have such an extensive collection of candles to light our kitchen and family room in the evenings. We played a lot of games… Scrabble, Jenga, Apples to Apples and Uno. Being without my computer, television and cell phone - I wasn’t able to get any work done, so I sat down and read a book. :)
With the weather conditions – our FedEx shipments have been delayed a few days – as they haven’t been able to deliver up here since last Wednesday. Now that our roads have been cleared and our power is back on – I am expecting our FedEx deliveries to arrive tomorrow morning. We will quickly assemble our January Hip Kits and get them shipped out to everyone no later than Wednesday morning. Looking forward to a great week!!! xo, Kimberly |
