 Hi Everyone! I am so thrilled to have Deana Boston join us again as our Hip Kit Club August Guest Designer! Deana was a valued member of our Design Team from 2009 through the spring of 2011. Currently, she is the Retailer Program Coordinator for Nikki Sivil, and her designs have been published in a variety of scrapbooking and papercrafting publications. Deana is wonderfully talented – and I feel so fortunate that she is going to work with our Hip Kit again this month. When did you start scrapbooking? Forever ago. I've been taking photos & making scrapbooks since middle school. The obsession kicked into full gear though, when I attended a Creative Memories party right after Bob proposed to me... almost 14 years ago. -
Where do you draw most of your inspiration from? A photo, product or something else? My creative process usually begins with the photos or the story I want to tell. Lots of things inspire me though… blogs, magazines, scrapbooking websites, Pinterest, etc. -
Where do you scrap? My craft room. I spend a lot of time in there even when I’m not crafting. I even come up with new Zumba choreography in there. It’s a big room.
